Daily Blog #344: Start of November!

Greetings and Salutations, Blog Readers!

Today is the first of November, and I am avoiding Blog Limbo by writing this post in real time and posting it immediately after.

Today is Monday, November 1, 2021- The start of my Birthday Month.

First, I love when the first of the month starts on a Monday, the symmetry is beautiful.

I love that its starting on a Monday, for my birthday month.

I love that the Witch New Year was yesterday, and now we start the fresh new month on the Monday.

And of course, I love that my birthday month is beginning that way.

I am optimistic for my month.

I have a lot of writing I am working on, and I need to return to batch style writing the blog posts, so I am working on that list. I am going to use the first half of this week to “Get My Shit Together” (GYST- Get Your Shit Together), in hopes of having a chill weekend over at Travis’s.

I had to come back to Houston early from my visit with Kim for reasons I am not going to discuss on the blog just yet, and I will instead say my goal is to stay productive and possible, and as always embrace the change the universe visits upon me.

I am working on a few topics for future blog posts, quite a few of you have reached out and expressed interest in more mental health blogs, and the “weirdly personal” blogs, so I am working on bringing some more of those to you all, along with some other fun topics, for the month of November.

I am not doing NaNoWriMo again this year, for a few of the same reasons and a few new ones, mostly, I don’t have the time for a new novel when working on so many creative writing projects as well as the blog, and I want to make sure I don’t neglect existing projects for sparkly, shiny new ones, which I am prone to doing.

Anyways, I didn’t have tons of time today to do much of any writing, between work and trying to clean up my apartment, but, all in all, it was a productive start to my birthday month and I look forward to what the rest of the month brings.

Happy November, everyone!

Thanks for reading,

Abbi
